Diploma in Negotiation Management The need for negotiation and conflict management skills increases in all areas of life in general. Most people practice negotiation skills on a daily basis without real awareness of the name of those skills used, and the need to acquire these skills increases, especially in contractual negotiations (selling – buying – and other such skills).
